Marketing Manager Genetic Testing Solutions

The Global Marketing team is looking for a strong marketing professional that will be responsible for developing the global direction of the genetic testing solutions when it comes to strong marketing programs such as launches, concepts and campaigns. You will be the overall lead on our consumer/patients initiatives, and you will be closely working together with the Product Directors & Regional Marketing teams.

With your excellent communication skills, your digital savviness and your extensive marketing experience, you know how to turn a marketing strategy into delivering the right content to the right people at the right time. You are mastering the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, and you preferably already know how to navigate in a global setting dealing with lots of stakeholders.

As you will be managing a wide variety of processes and projects concurrently, it is vital that you have a pragmatic, positive, creative mindset and both a strategic and operational focus. It is also essential that you bring a solid business acumen, allowing you to identify and act upon growth potential. You will be part of the broader Global Marketing & Academy team, where you will experience lots of collaboration, reporting into VP of Global Marketing.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy that aligns with Vitrolife Groups and Genetic testing solutions long-term business objectives.
  2. Lead the development of value propositions and marketing plans, campaigns and selling tools on a global level.
  3. Responsible for planning and developing an optimal marketing mix with a high focus on digital marketing strategies & deliverables (web, email campaigns, webinars, content for social media).
  4. Drive collaboration with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders concerning service launches and campaigns. Lead preparation and execution of marketing concepts related to new important launches to ensure commercial impact.
  5. Work closely with upstream product management team to bring voice of customer and voice of market into the test/product vision and roadmaps.
  6. Lead the development of best-in-class patient marketing concepts & campaigns to ensure strong communication and lead generation from this target audience.
  7. Track campaign and launch effectiveness and secure continuous improvement of activities.

Requirements

  1. A master’s degree in marketing, communication or similar
  2. At least 5 years of work experience from previous regional or global marketing roles
  3. At least 5 years of work experience from digital marketing/omnichannel and marketing automation as it relates to digitalize the customer journey
  4. Strong experience within marketing and brand management, preferably from the medical device industry or fast mover consumer industry.
  5. Business and financial acumen, experience with managing marketing budget and to track and analyse sales data as input to marketing campaigns & launches.

The interview will be conducted in English.

The employee will be based in Valencia (Parque tecnológico de Paterna).
