Mission
The Personal Care Marketing Manager’s main objective is to develop and bring a step further the Personal Care category; giving full support to the Home & Personal Care Business Unit; so that it can achieve its growth potential.
The candidate is expected to proactively develop business development initiatives and share expertise on the Personal Care industry; by following and thoroughly understanding the key brands’ marketing strategies across key markets; as well as understanding the latest trends, technologies and consumer insights.
The candidate is also expected to bring valuable fragrance expertise to the clients’ brands and grow the Eurofragance business by identifying and promoting product and fragrance opportunities. Will manage regional (EAT region) and international projects collaborating with various key functions (sales, perfumers, evaluation, R&D), actively participating in her / his assigned Personal Care Global Business Unit Core Team and following up on the key activities’ execution.
