Mission
The Personal Care Marketing Manager will focus on developing and advancing the Personal Care category, supporting the Home & Personal Care Business Unit to achieve growth potential. The role involves proactive business development, understanding key brands’ marketing strategies, and staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and consumer insights. The candidate will bring fragrance expertise to client brands and identify opportunities to grow Eurofragance’s business, managing regional and international projects in collaboration with sales, perfumers, R&D, and other teams.
Functions
- Partner with sales to develop client initiatives for the Personal Care category, designing concepts and presentations aligned with global strategies.
- Guide fragrance development teams on proactive initiatives and key projects.
- Contribute to global marketing tools development, such as Category Reviews and Trend Presentations.
- Create analytical tools and selling stories for new technologies, in collaboration with R&D and branding teams.
- Monitor market dynamics, product portfolios, and consumer behavior.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries’ marketing and product teams to implement marketing strategies effectively.
- Identify and promote product and fragrance opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop in-depth understanding of markets, consumers, and cross-category insights for assigned regions.
- Work with sales to strengthen client relationships and develop joint strategies, providing insightful fragrance solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, or Communication.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in B2C FMCG Personal Care or B2B Fragrance industry, with proven success and technical category knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the fragrance industry and key Personal Care categories.
- Familiarity with CI tools and trend databases.
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe, digital tools, and new technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and French are desirable.
