Job Title : Regional Marketing Manager - EMEA

Location : Madrid, Dubai or Dublin

Report to : Chief Revenue Officer

Position Summary

Exhibition Hub is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategy and execution for the EMEA Region. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, managing visibility exchange partnerships, planning event programming, and working with local press agencies to draft and release press announcements. The ideal candidate is a proactive strategic thinker with excellent communication, organizational, and event planning skills, ready to drive attendance and awareness for our exhibitions across all EMEA Region.

Roles and responsibilities also include :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Exhibition Hub’s Europe based exhibitions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and local outreach efforts, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Identify, hire, and collaborate with local press agencies to draft and release press announcements for new exhibition launches, ensuring alignment with Exhibition Hub’s messaging and tone.
  • Negotiate and manage visibility exchange partnerships with local businesses, media outlets, and cultural organizations to increase exhibition exposure.
  • Plan programming for both small and large-scale events within exhibitions, ensuring they enhance the visitor experience and align with the exhibition’s themes and objectives.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and operational departments, to align marketing efforts with event objectives and timelines.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviours in the cultural and entertainment sectors to refine marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with sales team to drive exhibitor participation and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and corporate policies across all marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the cultural, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Experience in event planning, including coordinating programming for small and large-scale events.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA markets and consumer trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, traditional media, partnerships).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel to support exhibitions and events.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in international marketing or multi-region campaign management.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of exhibition industry trends and best practices.
