Marketing Manager (Based on Geneva, Switzerland)

About your talent, a consultancy firm specialising in the recruiment of executive profiles, is looking for an experienced and dynamic " Marketing Manager" to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for a multinational company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the campaign execution, digital marketing, product managment and the relationships with agencies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, offline, PR, and events).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Manage content creation, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, communications) to optimize marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data analytics and KPIs.
• Manage budgets and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
• Build partnerships with external agencies, media, and influencers.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss and international marketing regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : 5+ years in marketing, preferably in catering industry.
• Candidate must be based in Switzerland.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM, social media platforms).
