The Skin Lounge 012 is an integral part of the MiiN Cosmetics family, sharing the same passion for Korean beauty and commitment to excellence. Together, we develop our own brands, Ondo Beauty 36.5 and Meisani, combining Korean innovation with European expertise to create unique products that transform beauty routines into exceptional moments. With a strong presence in Europe, we are expanding into Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and Africa. This growth is driven by the close collaboration between our headquarters in Barcelona and our team and partners in Seoul, the heart of cosmetic innovation.

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across key European markets. This is a highly dynamic role, where you will be responsible for building and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales. Your hands-on leadership will be crucial in coordinating campaigns and aligning priorities with our ambitious growth plans.

Location: This position is based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Growth
  • Lead and coordinate marketing across our key European markets.
  • Build and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand visibility, acquisition, and sales.
  • Take P&L ownership of international markets, tracking sales, monitoring margins, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Support UX improvements, A/B tests, and other growth initiatives with a strong e-commerce focus.
  • Campaigns & Digital Channels
  • Work closely with local marketing managers to design and execute campaigns that meet goals across all markets.
  • Help define strategies and optimize budgets for digital channels, including CRM, influencers, PR, social media, paid media, and affiliates.
  • Support the planning, launch, and tracking of campaigns, ensuring goals are met across all markets.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor, motivate, and coordinate local managers (Influence, Content, Growth) to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
  • Work closely with other departments (Sales, Finance, Product) to align priorities and foster a cohesive approach.
  • Track KPIs, analyze trends, and propose data-driven improvements.
Minimum Requirements
  • A professional with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in international marketing, e-commerce, or growth roles.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing & campaign execution.
  • A "doer" attitude: strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
  • Adaptability and cultural awareness to work across multiple markets.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for beauty & retail is a plus!
