Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research and product optimization for the Spanish market, regularly analyzing consumer behavior and competitive products. Provide feedback to headquarters on product iterations and collaborate with the R&D team to optimize existing products or propose new product development based on localization needs.
  • Lead the localization and conversion optimization of marketing content, including visual materials, product descriptions, and video scripts for Amazon Spain and distributor channels. Ensure content aligns with local consumer preferences and enhances page conversion rates. Develop differentiated content strategies for online and offline channels.
  • Participate in the product definition phase, providing prioritized feature requirements for the Spanish market. Develop and execute marketing plans for new product launches while coordinating with distributor teams for promotional activities.
  • Optimize terminal display and POSM management by conducting regular visits to key account (KA) stores (e.g., Carrefour, MediaMarkt). Assess product display effectiveness, design layouts suited to Spanish consumer shopping behavior, and refine product manuals, price tags, and experience materials.
  • Collaborate with teams in China, the U.S., and Germany, working alongside distributors to plan online and offline marketing activities. Ensure market feedback effectively drives product improvements and regularly synchronize market trends with headquarters to adapt internal processes to local needs.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product promotion. Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Spanish consumer behavior, cultural preferences, and e-commerce ecosystem, with strong localization marketing strategy skills.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities to optimize products and marketing strategies based on market research and user feedback.
  • Experience in brand promotion and public relations event planning, with the ability to independently develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
  • Innovative mindset, capable of developing competitive localization marketing strategies based on market trends.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and ensure successful implementation.
