This foundational role involves developing strategies, managing digital presence, and creating compelling narratives to attract new clients and elevate the brand in the gaming industry.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in gaming.
• Proven experience owning ideas from inception to launch.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and graphic design.

As we scale our impact and client base globally, we're looking for our first Marketing Manager to help tell our story and drive the next stage of growth.

About the Job :

This is a foundational role and a rare opportunity to define the marketing vision for a high-performing creative tech studio. As our first Marketing Manager, you’ll build our marketing function from the ground up - developing the strategy, leading execution, and creating narratives that position Gaya Studios as a go-to partner for the world’s most ambitious creative projects.

This position will be under the VP of Business-Development to elevate our brand, attract new clients, and create meaningful engagement across digital platforms and industry networks.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute Gaya Studios brand and marketing strategy.
• Manage and grow our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and other platforms, and lead digital marketing initiatives : content, social media, web, and newsletters.
• Create high-quality marketing materials, case studies, and campaigns to showcase our portfolio and capabilities, and support lead generation efforts through email marketing, content marketing, and events
• Manage the content calendar and drive consistent messaging across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with creative, business development, and product teams.
• Build relationships with media outlets, partners, and event organizers.
• Set KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Requirements :

• 3–6 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably as an Art Director / Creative within marketing in a gaming company / industry.
• Proven experience owning ideas from inception to launch.
• A strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, graphic design, and crafting compelling content across platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills in English.
• Experience working across multiple channels (social, email, web, events).
• Comfortable taking ownership, setting priorities, and working independently.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Bonus : experience in B2B marketing, creative agencies, or brand partnerships.
