Ce rôle exige une expérience dans le secteur, ainsi que des compétences en gestion de projet et en marketing digital.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in the alcoholic beverages industry. The position will lead all marketing efforts, providing guidance by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating projects, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for the company's brands.
The role will also involve working closely with the sales department to bring new leads, providing white pages of raw materials that will contribute to reach their goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing marketing activities.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish, internal and externally with agencies when needed.
Leading the planning, development and execution of the BU marketing strategies, marketing communication and social media.
Responsible for company branding and appearance.
Organizing and managing international trade exhibitions (Prowein, BWW, PWW, Drinktech, Enotech and others) as well as online events for customers.
Managing the company digital marketing assets : company web site, customer portal, LinkedIn…
Leading content development initiatives to promote the company’s story across multiple channels, including articles, videos, white pages, web, presentations and others.
Analyzing market data and market information and Competitive analysis.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry (Wine and Spirits industries is a plus).
Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
