Formación

Marketing Manager (Hands-on | Agency Management | Performance & AI-Driven)

DaoPay is at the forefront of the global payments industry — and we’re scaling fast. To fuel this growth, we are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive our brand visibility and lead generation through scalable, data-driven marketing strategies .

You will not be expected to execute everything yourself, but you will be responsible for developing clear concepts, managing and steering external partners and agencies , and ensuring cost-efficient, high-impact marketing execution across multiple workstreams.

In addition, we expect you to actively shape how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and new marketing technologies are integrated into our future marketing stack, keeping DaoPay competitive in an evolving landscape.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Execution : Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies (online & offline) and ensure seamless execution
  • Lead Generation & Performance : Build targeted lead generation and performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales (including Paid Media, SEA, SEO)
  • Agency Management : Manage, brief, and coordinate external agencies and freelancers , with a sharp focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control
  • Content & Brand Leadership : Define and implement a content strategy and position DaoPay as a thought leader through high-quality content (website, blog, social media)
  • AI & Marketing Innovation : Continuously evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and marketing automation to future-proof our marketing capabilities and improve operational efficiency
  • Sales Enablement : Create impactful sales and marketing materials in line with compliance and industry standards. This includes preparing presentations for management meetings and audit documentation

What You Bring :

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience , ideally in tech or payments.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing agency and partner performance .
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies in marketing , including AI, automation, and data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Excellent budget management and ROI-driven mindset .
  • Proficiency in tools : Google Analytics, SEMrush / Ahrefs, HubSpot / Salesforce, WordPress, Canva / Adobe Suite.
  • Exceptional project management and multi-tasking capabilities — able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach combined with strong strategic thinking.
  • English fluency is a must, German & / or Spanish are a plus
