Jobtailor in Catalonia, Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our global team in executing brand and communication strategies. You will help maintain our digital presence, create engaging content for LinkedIn and corporate channels, and assist in developing marketing collateral.

You will gain hands-on experience with CMS platforms, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, contribute to video and image editing, and monitor website analytics.

Formación

• Enrolled in, or recent graduate from, a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated passion for digital marketing, content writing, and brand management.
• First experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a diverse, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the global marketing team in executing brand and communication strategy.
• Help maintain digital presence, create engaging marketing collateral, and coordinate participation in major international pharmaceutical events.
• Assist in drafting, designing, and scheduling content for corporate channels (LinkedIn focus).
• Support creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and external newsletters.
• Help maintain and organize the digital asset library with up-to-date templates and brand elements.
• Assist in creating visual and multimedia content, including basic video and image editing.
• Support daily website maintenance using Content Management System (CMS).
• Assist in monitoring website traffic and track basic SEO performance.
• Coordinate and prepare Adragos’ presence at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and compile monthly analytics reports for social media channels and website performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the global marketing team in executing our brand and communication strategy
• Play a key part in maintaining our digital presence, creating engaging marketing collateral, and coordinating our participation in major international pharmaceutical events
• Assist in drafting, designing, and scheduling engaging content for our corporate channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn)
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and external communication newsletters
• Help maintain and organise our digital asset library, ensuring templates and brand elements are up to date
• Support the creation of visual and multimedia content, including basic video editing and image editing for our digital platforms
• Support daily website maintenance using our Content Management System (CMS)
• Assist in monitoring website traffic and tracking basic SEO performance
• Help coordinate and prepare Adragos’ presence at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify industry trends and marketing opportunities
• Monitor and compile monthly analytics reports for our social media channels and website performance

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish or Greek is a plus but not mandatory
• A current enrolment in, or recent graduation from, a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• A strong passion for digital marketing, content writing, and brand management
• First experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is highly advantageous
• A proactive, hands‑on, and curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent organisational skills, a structured way of working, and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, international team
• Eligibility to undertake a 6-month internship in Spain or Greece
• Practical skills or experience in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and graphic design/image editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a strong plus.
