A well-known e-commerce company is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Analyst in Barcelona. In this role, you will analyze customer journeys, create dashboards, and develop marketing attribution models while collaborating with data engineering teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical background, advanced skills in SQL, Python, and R, and a strategic mindset to connect data insights with business goals.

Formación

  • Minimum 4 years work experience in a Marketing analytical role.
  • Proven expertise with large datasets and attribution modeling.

To support our team we are searching for a Marketing Intelligence Analyst (f / m / d) to be based in our Barcelona office.WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analyze customer journey behavior and generate findings into online marketing campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights
  • Development and implementation of marketing attribution / allocation models across all media channels such as SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Performance Display
  • Partner with the data engineering team to improve data pipelines and ensure seamless integration of new data sources
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
  • Continuous optimization, monitoring, and quality checkups of already existing processes & daily business

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, economics / business administration, or another relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience within a Marketing analytical role, ideally within an e-commerce environment
  • Proven expertise in handling large datasets, attribution modeling, and deriving business-critical insights
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python and R; comfortable with ETL workflows
  • Experience with Tableau and GA4 is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to connect data to broader commercial objectives
  • Initial experience with performance marketing channels, ad-tech and web-tracking
  • Result driven and high standards in quality and precision
  • You are a passionate, committed team player with a high degree of personal initiative
