Overview

The Skin Lounge 012 – The House of Korean Beauty – is growing with a strong presence in Europe and expanding into Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and Africa. Part of the MiiN Cosmetics family, we develop our own brands, Ondo Beauty 36.5 and Meisani, combining Korean innovation with European expertise to transform beauty routines into exceptional moments. Based in Barcelona, we collaborate with our team and partners in Seoul, the heart of cosmetic innovation. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the global visibility and growth of our brands. This role involves working closely with the Sales team and cross-functional departments to elevate our brands globally.

Please note: this position will be based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Development
  • Design and execute 360º marketing strategies to boost global brand awareness and visibility across all markets.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistent identity and positioning.
  • Contribute to research, ideation, and development of new products, bringing market insights and consumer trends into innovation.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content, campaigns, and activations.
Business & Market Development
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Trademark team to support commercial growth, strengthening brand positioning and visibility in the B2B channel.
  • Identify global beauty trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights to anticipate opportunities.
  • Align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure maximum impact through cross-functional leadership.
Performance & Data
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize brand growth strategies.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Management, Brand Management, or Growth Marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing with proven experience driving global brand awareness.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience across digital, offline, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, market research, and product development processes.
  • Creativity combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and managing multi-market stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English (other languages are a strong plus).
  • A passion for beauty, cosmetics, and global brand building.
