Job summary

Hoply is a fast-growing Madrid-based startup reshaping immigration processes in Spain. We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who can write engaging content, manage social channels, and explore AI-powered marketing to scale from 1 to 100.

You’ll work hybrid in Madrid, learn on the job with direct mentoring from the founder, and have a paid internship: 30h/week at 500 EUR for the first 3 months, then 40h/week at 750 EUR, with a potential full-time role for high performers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish + English; write clearly in both.
• Good writer with curiosity.
• You can structure ideas well and pay attention to detail on immigration topics.

• Tech lover; interested in AI in marketing workflows.
• Bonus: video editing, social media, or writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Writing engaging LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and SEO blog articles focused on immigration law and our product.
• Youll need to learn and write about legal topics and our platform clearly.
• Shooting, editing and repurposing short-form videos for social platforms.
• Publishing content across channels and managing social media with empathy and clarity.
• Using AI tools to scale and automate content creation.
• Helping set up and track ads campaigns (Meta, Google).
• Supporting growth team in finding new channels, tactics, or communities.

Now were looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who wants to learn fast, understand from the ground how startups work, and what it takes to scale from 1 to 100. • You'll need to be comfortable learning and writing about legal topics and our platform in a clear and accessible way.
• Shooting, editing and repurposing short‑form videos (e.g., for Instagram or TikTok) related to immigration tips, updates, technology, success stories, or platform features.
• Publishing content across channels and managing social media with empathy and clarity.
• Using AI tools like ChatGPT, MAKE, Canva, Descript or OpusClip to scale and automate content creation.
• Helping set up and track ads campaigns (Meta, Google).
• Supporting our growth team in finding new channels, tactics, or communities to reach.
