Job summary

papernest in Barcelona is offering a 6-month paid internship for a Growth Marketing Analyst. You will join the Marketing Team from January to help grow our organic visibility through SEO, Digital PR, data-driven content and growth experiments, while collaborating with designers, writers and developers.

You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, analytics, and media outreach, with a monthly stipend of €800, remote work one day per week, and an international, inclusive team

Responsibilities

• Grow papernest’s organic visibility through SEO, Digital PR and growth experiments.
• Manage platform optimization with project managers, copywriters, developers and designers.
• Design and execute outreach campaigns to journalists, bloggers and content creators.
• Create data-driven content such as reports, studies, articles and guides.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive improvements.
• Build and maintain media and publisher databases to support PR and link-building efforts.

In this role you will:

As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will join our Marketing Team from january for a 6 -month internship.

Your responsibilities :

As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will contribute to growing papernest’s organic visibility through SEO, Digital PR, data-driven content and innovative growth experiments :

• Digital Project Management : Manage the optimisation of our platforms in collaboration with our project managers, copy writers, developers, and designers ;
• Outreach & Relationship Building: Design and execute personalised outreach campaigns to journalists, bloggers and content creators to maximise media coverage and backlinks
• Digital PR: Identify newsworthy topics, create data-driven studies and reports, and pitch journalists to generate media coverage, backlinks and brand visibility. ;
• Web Analytics : Monitor and analyse the performance of various campaigns, leveraging insights for continuous improvement ;
• Media & Publisher Research: Build and maintain high-quality media and publisher databases using scraping and enrichment tools to support PR and link-building campaigns
• SEO & PR Experimentation: Test innovative SEO and Digital PR initiatives to improve visibility and organic growth ;
• R&D: Explore new tools, technologies and methodologies in SEO and Digital PR to identify scalable growth opportunities ;
• PR & SEO Content: Create data-driven content such as reports, studies, articles, guides and other assets designed to generate media coverage, backlinks and organic visibility.
• Data & Market Research: Analyse market trends, industry data and campaign performance to identify new SEO and PR opportunities and turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Your profile :

• You are a student or you have just finished your studies in business or marketing and you are looking for a 6 months paid internship
• Your are autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player, and willing to test new things;
• You have an strong interest in the Digital Marketing & PR field and/or a previous experience on this field ;
• You have analytic skills (you master Excel or Google Sheets)
• You speak English and Spanish or French fluent (French is a plus).
