An established industry player is seeking a passionate Marketing - GoToMarket Advisor to lead consumer engagement strategies for exciting product lines. Formación

As the Marketing - GoToMarket Advisor for IT & ES, you will be at the forefront of some exciting evolutions on top of running our existing product lines – Special focus on Can-Am 2WV and Sea-Doo PWC.

For this, we are seeking a passionate marketer with a customer-centric mindset and a solid understanding of what it takes to deploy consumer engagement strategies on the field and engage the network in activating local marketing initiatives.

The Marketing - GoToMarket Advisor will have the opportunity to collaborate with a large diversity of stakeholders within the regional organization, as well as with external agency partners.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

In-market consumer engagement planning and execution (50%): develop and execute an annual engagement plan to support local strategies and meet sales / profit goals for Can-Am On-Road Off-Road and Sea-Doo.

Lead tactical initiatives from the marketing plan:

  1. Support local strategic growth initiatives
  2. Boost brand visibility through earned media and PR collaboration
  3. Provide local content for regional storytelling
  4. Ensure website content accuracy
  5. Track, measure, and report results

Dealer Marketing (30%): advise and support the dealer network in building and executing local action plans enhancing consumer experience at dealership and driving retail effectiveness.

  1. Guide dealers in creating and executing marketing plans using BRP tools
  2. Maximize Coop program benefits and implement corporate marketing claims
  3. Drive dealers' digital transformation with Tier 3 digital solutions

Market Monitoring (20%): Fuel our retail machine getting closer to the market and creating agility in the decision process. Gather market trends and insights, and key quantitative and qualitative competitive information.

  1. Collect market trends, insights, and competitive data
  2. Recommend Go-to-Market adjustments to maintain / gain market share
  3. Act as in-market product specialist and ensure team readiness
  4. Validate assets for promo activations at dealer level

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES :

  1. Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  2. Around 5 years of experience in Marketing
  3. Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
  4. Affinity with the powersport / motorcycle / automotive industries preferred
  5. Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English is a must; other language skills are a plus.
  6. Business Acumen: Align marketing strategy with field operations, understanding dealership realities.
  7. Go-Getter Attitude: Pragmatic, efficient, results-driven, and accountable.
  8. Collaborative Spirit: Inclusive, empathetic communicator, eager to build strong dealer partnerships.
  9. Matrix Environment: Skilled at cross-functional collaboration in a matrix structure.

The role is based remotely in Spain. Occasional travel within IT & ES and to EMEA HQ (Switzerland) can go up to 30% of the time depending on seasonality.
