A leading company in the accessories and fashion sector is looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to assist in marketing strategy execution. The role includes supporting product launches, analyzing market data, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have proficiency in office tools and ERPs.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in marketing departments is preferred.
  • English is mandatory.

Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Junior Marketing Executive to assist in driving our brands and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality campaigns that align with our company’s vision.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to gather and prioritize brand, product and customer requirements and work closely with sales and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Work closely with the marketing manager in conducting product launches and marketing campaigns

Implement strategies defined by Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness and marketing power.

Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and competition

Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities.

Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.

Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

Assist with development and leading of brand marketing projects.

Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to the marketing management

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (additional Digital and Social Media knowledge will be appreciated)

Experience in marketing departments, preferably in sectors such as Accessories, Fragrances / Skincare, Fashion, Eyewear, Watches / Jewelry or similar

English is mandatory

Proficient in office tools (Power point, Excel, Word) and used to working with ERP's such as SAP, Dynamics365 or similar.
