JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive supports our Greystar multifamily portfolio and brands such as Be Casa, Essential, or Nera Living. They represent the Marketing team by leading all marketing deliverables for assigned developments, including strategy and execution of tactical marketing plans to drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, retention, occupancy, and leads, ultimately achieving optimal leasing and financial performance aligned with the company's business development plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily marketing activities and reporting for assigned assets, adhering to the marketing plan and budgets.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for briefing and production planning.
- Implement marketing plans for multifamily projects, including digital advertising, presentations, marketing materials, resident communications, website updates, photography, video, and event support.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and support marketing activities for other properties, including opening events and occupancy targets.
- Ensure all campaign messaging, website copy, and creatives follow brand guidelines as the brand guardian.
- Maintain high-quality marketing collateral, optimized for engagement and lease conversions.
- Participate in events and promotions at properties to ensure quality and commercial success.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely approval and distribution of materials.
- Oversee video and photo projects; support property teams with branding and marketing initiatives.
- Work with designers and agencies to produce marketing materials that meet brand standards and target market needs.
- Assist in understanding business needs and marketing requirements from operators and asset management teams, ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Customer Strategy and Insights teams to focus on customer segmentation and research.
- Assist in creating and managing the yearly marketing budget, including invoicing and tracking.
ROLE SCOPE
- Report to the Marketing Manager.
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders related to multifamily projects and operational policies.
- Occasional travel may be required for property visits, market research, training, etc.
- Success measured by the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Interact regularly with departments across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Investment, Performance, Design, and Property Management.
- Liaise with external suppliers, including social media, creative, web, and advertising agencies.
KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in marketing, branding, advertising, or design, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel (intermediate level).
- Basic understanding of reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- Mid-level knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
- Ability to develop marketing metrics and report on ROI.
