We are IN, are you IN?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in digital acquisition strategies, B2B growth campaigns, and brand development.

This person will lead inbound marketing initiatives, paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization, as well as client management, strategy, and oversight of external projects for our clients.

About the role:
  • Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week of remote work and 2 from the office)

Internal Marketing (Company and Positioning)

  • Design and execute digital acquisition strategies for the 3 companies, optimizing SEO, Paid Media, and inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Define and improve conversion funnels (CPL, CPA, ROAS) to maximize return on investment in digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate content strategies, ensuring alignment with business and brand positioning objectives.
  • Implement marketing automation and CRM processes to improve customer conversion and retention.
  • Develop brand strategies to strengthen recognition and reputation in key markets.
  • Manage digital presence across various channels, including social media, blogs, and strategic events.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and OKRs to monitor and achieve marketing and sales goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment aligned with the overall strategy.

Marketing as a Service for Clients (Consulting & Strategy)

  • Responsible for driving business growth through marketing strategies for clients and acquiring new projects.
  • Service Development: Design and refine new marketing services and offerings for both Marketing & Sales and other business units, ensuring innovation and market relevance.
  • Client Management: Oversee client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects, collaborating closely with other teams.
  • Quality Control: Implement processes to guarantee the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Building: Establish a high-performing internal and external team (including freelancers and partners) to effectively reach business objectives.
  • Mentorship: Inspire, mentor, and empower your team, fostering a culture rooted in our company values.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams across the company, promoting alignment and teamwork to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, inbound marketing, and B2B growth strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge in SEO, marketing automation, and CRM (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign measurement tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio).
  • Proven experience in leading teams, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate others.
  • Strategic focus and results orientation, with experience in conversion optimization and sales funnels.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead remote and in-person marketing strategies.
  • Experience in client management and leadership of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Experience in business development, acquiring new clients, and generating growth opportunities through marketing strategies.
  • Experience in international environments, managing marketing strategies and collaborations with clients or teams in different markets.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
