About the Position
The Marketing Director is responsible for ensuring process uniformity across Business Units (BUs) and keeping the Iberia General Manager (GM) informed about business progress. This role involves supporting Unit Managers, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and aligning with company objectives. The Marketing Director will also design market access strategies, oversee health economics studies, drive clinical selling efforts, establish industry partnerships, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences. This position plays a crucial role in identifying issues, providing solutions, and enhancing marketing efficiency within the organization.
Travel requirements: Up to 5-10% of time.
Maintain regular, transparent communication with the team, manage performance issues proactively, ensure compliance with training and objectives, and oversee onboarding and development of team members.
