AST SpaceMobile is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to support Marketing and Communications across presentations, digital assets, social content, and production design.

The role requires organization, brand adherence, and the ability to manage multiple requests across Marketing, B2B, Internal Communications, and related teams; experience in video editing and light motion graphics is strongly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.
• Experience with Figma preferred.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Experience supporting B2B or corporate communications.
• Familiarity with technical or data-driven visual content.
• Experience organizing and maintaining shared asset libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Design, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations and supporting visual assets for internal and external use.
• Create and adapt assets for digital marketing, newsletters, social media, websites, internal communications, and business materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Resize, update, and localize existing assets for multiple formats and use cases while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the development of visual content for social media, web, and campaign communications.
• Work within established brand guidelines and help maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing and related teams to execute visual requests efficiently and accurately.
• Help organize, maintain, and update shared design files and marketing asset libraries.
• Assist with simple video edits, motion graphics, and multimedia content when needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to support the Marketing and Communications team across a wide range of visual needs. This role is ideal for a strong executor who is comfortable working across presentations, digital assets, social content, and production design, and who can help maintain consistency across materials in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually strong, comfortable working from existing brand direction, and able to support multiple requests across Marketing, B2B, Internal Communications, and related teams. Experience in video editing, light motion graphics, and asset adaptation across channels is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Experience supporting B2B or corporate communications.
• Familiarity with technical or data-driven visual content.
• Experience organizing and maintaining shared asset libraries.

Soft Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within existing visual systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
