Approach People Recruitment seeks a highly creative Visual Content Specialist to transform complex business topics into engaging visual experiences. You will craft high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executives and events, and produce multimedia content for internal and external communications.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, leveraging AI-powered tools and the Adobe Creative Suite to ensure a consistent brand experience across channels.

Formación

• Degree or vocational training in Multimedia Production, Visual Communication, Media Design, Digital Media, Communication Design is required.
• Several years of professional experience in visual content creation, presentation design, video production or multimedia communication.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing, animation, motion graphics and multimedia content production.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with a proven track record of creating high-impact presentations for executive and corporate audiences.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop or comparable applications.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and information design.
• Ability to transform complex content into compelling visual narratives.
• Good understanding of corporate design principles, brand management and visual consistency across channels.
• High quality standards, strong aesthetic sense and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging content creation technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work confidently with senior leaders and translate strategic business topics into clear, engaging and visually compelling communication.

• Monitor trends in design, digital communication and visual storytelling and translate them into practical solutions.
• Build and maintain presentation templates, visual guidelines and best practices to continuously raise the quality of corporate communications.

Working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams and external agencies, you will bring strategies, stories and brand messages to life through outstanding visual execution, while ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across all communication touchpoints.

Ideal Profile

You are a visual storyteller with exceptional PowerPoint and presentation design skills, strong expertise in video and motion graphics, and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

You are comfortable taking complex business information and turning it into clear, engaging and impactful communication experiences.

You are also confident working with senior stakeholders and understand how to adapt your visual approach to different audiences and communication objectives.
