Jobtailor in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to shape visual identity across app stores, campaigns, and product launches. You will craft branding, UI elements, and motion-friendly assets, collaborating with marketing and product teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates bring a strong portfolio, 3+ years of digital design experience, mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, and a fluency in English (Spanish a plus).

Formación

• Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts, or equivalent demonstrated by portfolio.
• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with strong digital design background.
• Broad portfolio showing branding, campaigns, illustrations, UI elements, or other digital products.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other relevant tools.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and composition.
• Able to adapt style to product and audience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with ASO and app store visual assets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design app store assets including icons, screenshots, banners and videos to maximize visibility, downloads and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create ad creatives and social visuals aligned with store campaigns.
• Develop and refine logos, branding elements, and style guides for apps.
• Produce in-app graphic assets including illustrations, images, and UI elements when needed.
• Ensure consistency and high quality across all visual touchpoints.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers to support launches and growth.
• Participate in the TA Interview, Technical Case, and Team Interview hiring process.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant tools
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and composition
• Ability to adapt style depending on product and target audience
• Genuine adoption of AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Veo3, Kling, and Runway as part of your daily workflow
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience with ASO and app store visual assets is nice to have
• Experience designing for mobile products or mobile-first brands is nice to have
• Experience designing app icons is nice to have
• Experience creating video assets, motion graphics, or animations is nice to have
• Familiarity with performance marketing design for Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. is nice to have
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is nice to have
