Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an Omnichannel Automation Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) supports the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns across marketing, medical, and market access teams globally.

The OAS translates business rules into configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns meet stakeholder expectations and best practices. They drive innovation, optimize processes, and share knowledge across the organization, working with global stakeholders including GCOs and IT.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather, understand, and document campaign requirements from market stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business rules.
  2. Translate business rules into configurations within NBA-related marketing tools, ensuring data attributes are actionable.
  3. Use data insights to inform campaign design, segmentation, personalization, and KPI alignment.
  4. Collaborate with Data Analysts and Business Analysts to ensure data availability for reporting.
  5. Interpret campaign performance data to generate insights and inform future campaigns.
  6. Conduct quality checks, simulations, and testing to ensure campaign functionality.
  7. Identify and implement optimizations, and share best practices and recommendations.
  8. Document and optimize omnichannel automation processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  9. Ensure the tools' availability and optimal use, collaborating with IT and vendors.
  10. Provide status updates, address impediments, and promote best practices within teams.
Requirements & Skills
  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing with complex workflows.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and at least 2 years of SQL experience.
  • Knowledge of AWS querying is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; exposure to Atlassian tools is a plus.
