Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an Omnichannel Automation Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) supports the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. The role involves managing end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns across marketing, medical, and market access teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities include translating business rules into configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaign effectiveness, and driving innovation and process optimization. The OAS also collaborates with global stakeholders and shares knowledge organization-wide.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather and document campaign requirements from market stakeholders.
  2. Translate business rules into NBA-related marketing tool configurations.
  3. Use data insights for campaign design, segmentation, and KPI alignment.
  4. Collaborate with Data Analysts and Business Analysts for data needs.
  5. Analyze campaign performance data for insights and future planning.
  6. Conduct quality checks, simulations, and system tests.
  7. Implement optimizations and share best practices.
  8. Document and optimize automation processes.
  9. Ensure effective use of automation tools and collaborate on enhancements.
  10. Provide status updates and promote best practice adoption.
Requirements & Skills
  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica).
  • SQL proficiency (2+ years required).
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with AWS querying is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, testing, and campaign optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English.
