Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an Omnichannel Automation Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) plays a key role in supporting the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns across marketing, medical, and market access teams worldwide.

The OAS translates business rules into efficient configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns meet stakeholder expectations and adhere to best practices. The role also drives innovation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing, working with global stakeholders and markets.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather, understand, and document campaign requirements from market stakeholders.
  2. Translate business rules into configurations within NBA-related marketing tools, ensuring data readiness.
  3. Use data insights to inform campaign design, segmentation, personalization, and KPIs.
  4. Collaborate with Data Analysts and Business Analysts to secure necessary data.
  5. Interpret campaign performance data to generate insights and improve future campaigns.
  6. Conduct quality checks, simulations, user acceptance, and system integration tests.
  7. Identify and implement optimizations, providing feedback and best practices.
  8. Document and optimize automation processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  9. Ensure optimal usage of automation tools, collaborating with IT and vendors.
  10. Provide regular updates on campaign progress and share knowledge across teams.
Requirements & Desired Skills
  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing, with tool-specific expertise.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, etc.
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency (2+ years).
  • Knowledge of AWS querying clients is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, QA, and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and business concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
