Valsea is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team in Marbella. You will partner with the CMO and Acquisition team to transform raw data into strategic insights that drive marketing investments and player engagement across iGaming products.

You will move beyond basic reporting, conducting rigorous analyses of campaigns, player behavior, and product performance. This is a high-impact, data-driven storytelling role in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a business data analyst in online acquisition marketing or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to write complex queries.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards in Looker/LookML or Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Design, execute, and deliver post-mortems for marketing and acquisition campaigns with clear attribution.
• Apply analytical frameworks to evaluate marketing activities and ROI.
• Analyze player behaviour by segmenting users to understand loyalty and lifetime value.
• Translate findings into narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker for self-serve access.
