Valsea IT is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to lead strategy across channels for an online casino and sportsbook operation. You will craft native formats, own the editorial calendar, and drive community growth with creative, data-driven storytelling.

You'll collaborate with acquisitions, CRM, BI, and content teams, coordinate creators and editors, analyze metrics, and use AI to boost ideation, scripts, and productivity. English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Professional/Native English is required.
• Solid experience in social media, social content, community building, branded content, or social strategy.
• Deep knowledge of major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, X, Telegram, Reddit) and digital culture.
• Ability to create and develop native social formats; build energised digital communities.
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone per channel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the social and community strategy for our brands across channels.
• Define roles for Telegram, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.
• Create and coordinate native formats and editorial calendars.
• Develop social-first content (video, clips, stories, memes, UGC, creators).
• Collaborate with Acquisition, CRM, BI, and Content teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Coordinate creators, editors, designers, and external collaborators.
• Analyze metrics and translate results into actionable learnings.
• Leverage AI for ideation, scripts, copy, research, and productivity.
