What will be your challenge?

  • Define and provide data sources of truth for the Growth tribe's decision-making. This includes internal data sources, third-party data sources (e.g., Facebook CAPI, Google Ads), and digital analytics events (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery).
  • Create and maintain business intelligence tools (dashboards, automatic reports, alerts, notifications) to monitor KPIs and proxy metrics, facilitating data-driven decisions.
  • Perform deep data analysis to answer business questions and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Business stakeholders to prioritize tasks, define analytics strategies (channel measurement, attribution models, user tracking), and work in an agile manner.
  • Implement fast and frequent deployments, measuring impact with a robust experimentation framework.
  • Connect business problems with data-driven solutions through storytelling.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and proactively enhance data sources and pipelines.

What will make you succeed?

  • At least 4 years of experience with data processing and visualization technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Demonstrable 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and the Google Analytics ecosystem (Google Tag Manager, GA4, BigQuery).

In addition, we would especially like to see:

  • Strong analytical skills to work with large datasets and derive insights.
  • Clear understanding of data-driven project steps and the ability to communicate them effectively.
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts with clear visualizations.
  • Enjoyment working in multidisciplinary teams, including internal/external team members, clients, and providers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to visualize analysis results clearly.
  • Proficiency in English, both reading and speaking, as we are an international company.
