Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Copywriter to help elevate our brand in the marketplace while working in a fun and relaxed environment. This candidate will be responsible for writing copy for email blasts, follow-up emails, sales emails, and all steps of our sales funnels. You will play a critical role in our marketing process and contribute to our growth.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage our brand across multiple media platforms such as print, internet, social media, and advertising.
• Write copy for all emails and funnel steps, utilizing sales and psychology knowledge to improve conversion rates, click, and open rates.
• Analyze email and funnel statistics to actively improve conversion rates at all points.
• Split test copy in all emails and funnels.
• Participate in high-level discussions and decision-making.
• Utilize knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Use Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with directors and leaders to capitalize on opportunities.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Copywriter.
• Project and team management experience.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Content creation expertise.
• Superior research and analytical skills.
• SEO strategy knowledge.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Proven success in executing marketing programs like targeted direct mail, email, field events, and social media.

Conditions of Employment

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Subject to the program and location:

• Willingness to undergo a LEVEL II background/security investigation, including fingerprinting. Employment is contingent on successful clearance.
• Willingness to submit to drug screening. Employment is contingent on results.

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting and working at a computer and phone. Occasional movement around the office and lifting objects up to 40 pounds may be necessary.
