Join our Marketing Team!

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for Blue and BMS. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing, the full marketing team, and other departments to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Support in planning, executing, analyzing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, SEM, etc.) and email campaigns.
  2. Assist in the creation of websites, landing pages, and their integration with CRM tools.
  3. Ensure optimal utilization of marketing budgets through a relentless focus on ROI calculations.
  4. Lead generation through email campaigns and event activations.
  5. Conduct research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Manage marketing calendars, keeping track of deadlines, and ensuring proper documentation of campaigns and activities.
  7. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, such as website traffic, social media metrics, and email performance.
Content Creation:

  1. Assist in creating content for social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and print materials, as well as managing brand presence online and offline.
  2. Develop and implement branding strategies to increase brand recognition.
Social Media Management:

  1. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement.
  2. Assist in the development of social media strategies.
Events and On-ground Activations:

  1. Help organize events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences, and support marketing efforts before, during, and after events.
  2. Support on coordinating logistics for events and promotions (e.g., sending invites, preparing promotional materials, researching events).
Requirements

  1. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related areas.
  2. English Fluency: C1 level (proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking).
  3. Experience: Digital marketing, with emphasis on SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, data analysis, email marketing (e.g., MailChimp, Brevo), website and landing pages creation.
  4. Practical experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads media campaigns.
  5. Experience in lead generation through content strategies and paid marketing.
  6. Knowledge of SaaS platforms and website content management systems (WordPress).
  7. Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or any design tool. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  8. International educational/professional experience will be a plus (Erasmus, Cultural exchanges).
  9. Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in related areas will be a plus (e.g., Big data).
  10. This is an in-person, on-site role at our office in Marbella (Spain).
