What we are looking for :

The Marketing and Communications Executive will assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in promoting the hotel and its outlets as a market leader. Responsibilities include creating and implementing marketing activities such as collateral, promotions, advertising, market analysis, and photo-shootings.

Success in the role is achieved when :

The candidate assists in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing guidelines; maintains the guest database; liaises with the F&B department; contributes to media and marketing plans; manages website and social media content; and coordinates internal communications regarding hotel activities and promotions.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate must possess:

• EU Citizenship and suitable studies for the position.
• Skills in customer care, organization, meticulousness, cohesiveness, adaptability, open-mindedness, commitment, and creativity.
• Result-driven with fast learning ability and a friendly team environment.
• Fluency in English, good Spanish skills, and additional languages are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a hotel/resort marketing department.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
