• 1-2 years experience in a hotel/resort marketing department.

What we are looking for :

The Marketing and Communications Executive supports the Marketing & Communications Manager in promoting the hotel and its outlets as a market leader through various marketing activities. Responsibilities include creating and implementing marketing collateral, promotions, packages, advertising, market analysis, and photoshoots.

Key responsibilities include :

Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies; maintaining guest databases; liaising with F&B departments; assisting in media and marketing planning; creating presentations; managing collateral and photo storage; updating website and social media content; communicating hotel activities and promotions internally.

Requirements :

• EU Citizenship and relevant studies for the position.
• Skills: customer care, organization, meticulousness, cohesiveness, adaptability, open-mindedness, commitment, creativity.
• Result-oriented with fast learning capacity and a friendly team environment.
• Fluent in English; good Spanish skills; additional languages are a plus.
• 1-2 years experience in a hotel/resort marketing department.
• Ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
