Formación

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Specialist to support our business goals by developing and executing automated marketing communications for BCA Europe, supporting the customer journey from lead generation to sales and retention across Europe.

As part of the EU Marketing team, this role specializes in multi-channel marketing automation, focusing on brand consistency and measurable marketing effectiveness. You will develop European-wide marketing automated activities targeting customer lifecycle, activation, and campaigns. Collaborating with another EU Marketer - Marketing Cloud, you will lead efforts to enhance channels and communications, making them targeted and personalized to maximize effectiveness. The role involves close work with team members, the Salesforce EU team, and business partners in BCA’s Business Solution Hub, country marketers, and the Data Intelligence team.

Role Accountabilities: Understand BCA's marketing and commercial context; use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM to develop/create email templates, Cloud pages, multi-channel journeys in Journey Builder, analyze customer digital behavior for profiling, segment audiences in Data Cloud, report on campaign results, and benchmark performance across countries to improve engagement and conversions.

Support Data Cloud architecture and data models, analyze campaign analytics for future improvements, provide support and escalation for EU marketing teams on Data/Marketing Cloud issues, perform QA checks, collaborate on data feeds and integrations, conduct system audits, and prepare for upgrades. Work with third-party agencies to enhance processes and functionalities. Establish processes supporting customer touchpoints, automate communications, and assist in training users through tutorials, guides, and documentation. Keep up-to-date with marketing automation trends and digital marketing advancements.

Knowledge and Experience: Hold Salesforce certifications (MC Admin, MC Consultant, MC Specialist). Demonstrate extensive experience with Data/Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Data Cloud, Mobile Studio, and other tools. Experience in the automotive sector is preferred. Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in B2B marketing supporting sales and customer journeys. Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, or related fields. Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM best practices, and data streams for segmentation and personalization. Proven ability to develop processes, facilitate adoption, and communicate effectively in English.
