We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Specialist to develop and execute automated marketing communications for BCA Europe, supporting the customer journey from lead generation to sales and retention across Europe.

As part of the EU Marketing team, the role focuses on multi-channel marketing automation, ensuring brand consistency and measurable marketing effectiveness. You will develop European-wide automated marketing activities throughout the customer lifecycle, including activation and campaigns. You will collaborate with another EU Marketer – Marketing Cloud – leading efforts to enhance channels and personalized communications to maximize effectiveness. The role involves close cooperation with the Salesforce EU team, BCA’s Business Solution Hub, country marketers, and the Data Intelligence team.

Role Responsibilities :

  1. Understand BCA’s marketing and commercial context and utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM to develop and create:
  2. email templates and Cloud pages following company guidelines
  3. multi-channel journeys in Journey Builder
  4. customer digital behavior insights for profiling
  5. relevant segments as audiences in Data Cloud
  6. performance reports for benchmarking and improvement

aiming to adopt best practices to improve customer engagement and conversions.

  1. Support Data Cloud architecture and data modeling.
  2. Analyze campaign analytics and recommend future strategies.
  3. Assist EU marketing teams with Data/Marketing Cloud support, aligning with commercial goals.
  4. Perform QA checks on data and journey changes.
  5. Collaborate on Salesforce data feeds and integrations.
  6. Conduct system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  7. Coordinate with third-party agencies for process and functionality enhancements.
  8. Work with EU teams to establish processes supporting customer touchpoints and automate communications.
  9. Train users, create tutorials, guides, and documentation to raise SF awareness and skills.
  10. Define and document requirements and processes with analysis community members.
  11. Stay updated with marketing automation and digital marketing trends.

Knowledge and Experience :

  1. Salesforce certifications: MC Admin, MC Consultant, MC Specialist.
  2. Experience with Data/Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Data Cloud, Mobile Studio, and related tools.
  3. Experience in the Automotive Sector.
  4. Minimum 4 years of work experience, including 2 years in B2B marketing supporting sales and customer journeys.
  5. Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or similar.
  6. Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM best practices.
  7. Ability to interpret data streams for segmentation and personalized marketing.
  8. Proven process design and user adoption skills.
  9. Excellent English communication skills.
  10. Experience working remotely in a multicultural environment.
  11. Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with management and departments.
  12. Attention to detail, creativity, organization, and deadline orientation.
