We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Specialist to develop and execute automated marketing communications supporting the customer journey from lead generation to sales and retention across Europe.

As part of the EU Marketing team, the role focuses on multi-channel marketing automation, ensuring brand consistency and measurable marketing effectiveness. You will develop European-wide marketing automation activities related to the customer lifecycle, activation, and campaigns. You will collaborate with another EU Marketer – Marketing Cloud – and lead the BCA EU marketing team to enhance channels and communications, making them targeted and personalized for maximum effectiveness. The role involves close cooperation with team members, the Salesforce EU team, business partners in BCA’s Business Solution Hub, country marketers, and the Data Intelligence team.

Role Accountabilities :

  • Understand BCA's marketing and commercial context; utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM to develop and create:
  • email templates and Cloud pages following company guidelines
  • multi-channel journeys in Journey Builder
  • insights into customer digital behavior for profiling
  • relevant segments as audiences in Data Cloud
  • reports on campaign results for benchmarks and improvements

aiming to adopt best practice techniques to enhance customer engagement, conversions, and sales.

  • Support Data Cloud architecture and data model overview.
  • Analyze campaign analytics and recommend future strategies.
  • Support EU marketing teams on Data/Marketing Cloud issues within the broader commercial goals.
  • Perform QA checks on data and journey changes.
  • Collaborate on Salesforce data feeds and source integrations.
  • Conduct system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies to improve processes and functionalities.
  • Establish processes supporting customer touchpoints and automate communications.
  • Assist in user training, creating tutorials, guides, and documentation to raise SF awareness and skills.
  • Define requirements and process maps with analysis community members.
  • Stay updated on marketing automation and digital marketing trends.

Knowledge and Experience :

  • Salesforce certifications: MC Admin, MC Consultant, MC Specialist.
  • Experience with Data/Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Data Cloud, Mobile Studio, and complex tools.
  • Experience in the Automotive Sector.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in B2B marketing supporting sales and customer journeys.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM best practices.
  • Ability to interpret data streams for segmentation and personalized marketing.
  • Proven process design and user adoption skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and management collaboration.
