Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.

The Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services will support the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services in building and automating campaign journeys. The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with potential involvement in other digital engagement tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, customer data platforms, and proprietary tools. The role includes managing team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality campaign execution, optimizing processes, providing technical specifications, conducting user acceptance testing, debugging workflows, and maintaining technical workflows, landing pages, and HTML content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong technical background.
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
  • Technical marketing automation certification (preferred).
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web API calls.
  • Understanding of SDLC.
  • Experience in software houses, consultancies, or project environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to Atlassian tools is a plus.
  • Pharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
