Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to extend its Marketing practice. You will investigate and implement marketing automation solutions, and help design cloud-based architecture to meet customer needs across channels.

You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement, manage CRM data, and deliver campaigns. Advanced English is required; permanent contract with home office options and health insurance are offered.

Formación

• Proven experience creating campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Experience with database management and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Advanced level of English and ability to manage marketing projects.

Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.

Investigate, create, and recommend innovative marketing automation and martech solutions.

Conduct analysis on marketing automation and martech solution implementations.
Assist in high-level architecture design for marketing automation and martech solution implementations by choosing the most suitable platform.
Implement infrastructure and functional cloud marketing architecture.
Perform basic functional and specialized marketing tasks.
Ensure that automated cloud communication activations are effectively utilized.
Decide which processes are suitable and necessary to be executed in the cloud for implementing marketing automation solutions.
Determine the assets and organization of automations that best fit the cloud implementation.
Implement automated communications and marketing automation processes to meet customer needs at various touchpoints.
Implement the latest technological advancements and marketing technology solutions.
Conduct test trials, diagnose errors, and resolve issues in the use of marketing automation and martech tools.
Document processes and track system performance metrics.

Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.
Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
Knowledge to manage marketing projects.
Advanced level of English. Permanent contract.
