Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to grow its Marketing practice and deliver innovative automation solutions. You will investigate, design, and recommend martech platforms, analyze implementations, and assist in high-level architecture by selecting the most suitable platform.

Responsibilities include implementing cloud marketing infrastructure, performing functional tasks, conducting tests, and optimizing campaigns across touchpoints.

Formación

• Proven experience creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Experience with database management and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Advanced English language skills.
• Ability to manage marketing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement marketing automation architectures in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze marketing automation implementations and provide architecture recommendations.
• Assist in high-level platform selection and cloud infrastructure design.
• Test, diagnose issues, and document processes; track performance metrics.
