Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, busca un Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant para potenciar su práctica de Marketing. Investigará, creará y recomendará soluciones de automatización y martech, y participará en el diseño de arquitectura de alto nivel.

Será responsable de implementar infraestructuras de marketing en la nube, gestionar proyectos de marketing y garantizar pruebas y seguimiento de rendimiento. Se valorará experiencia con Salesforce, Marketing Cloud y Account Engagement, así como inglés

Formación

• Experiencia probada en crear campañas de marketing con Salesforce Marketing Cloud y Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Experiencia previa en gestión de bases de datos (preferible en rol similar).
• Conocimiento de software de automatización y evaluación de rendimiento.
• Experiencia con plataformas CRM (Salesforce).
• Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Investigar, crear y recomendar soluciones innovadoras de automatización de marketing y martech.
• Analizar implementaciones de automatización y martech a alto nivel.
• Colaborar en el diseño de arquitectura para implementaciones de marketing en la nube.
• Implementar infraestructuras y arquitectura de marketing en la nube.
• Realizar tareas funcionales de marketing y técnicas especializadas.
• Asegurar el uso efectivo de activaciones de comunicación automatizada.
• Determinar qué procesos deben ejecutarse en la nube para marketing automation.
• Organizar y estructurar las automatizaciones para la nube adecuada.
• Implementar comunicaciones automatizadas para atender a clientes en varios puntos de contacto.
• Aplicar avances tecnológicos y soluciones de martech.
• Realizar pruebas, diagnosticar errores y resolver incidencias en herramientas de automación.

Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. Investigate, create, and recommend innovative marketing automation and martech solutions. Conduct analysis on marketing automation and martech solution implementations. Assist in high-level architecture design for marketing automation and martech solution implementations by choosing the most suitable platform. Implement infrastructure and functional cloud marketing architecture. Perform basic functional and specialized marketing tasks. Ensure that automated cloud communication activations are effectively utilized. Decide which processes are suitable and necessary to be executed in the cloud for implementing marketing automation solutions. Determine the assets and organization of automations that best fit the cloud implementation. Implement automated communications and marketing automation processes to meet customer needs at various touchpoints. Implement the latest technological advancements and marketing technology solutions. Conduct test trials, diagnose errors, and resolve issues in the use of marketing automation and martech tools. Document processes and track system performance metrics. Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role. Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce). Knowledge to manage marketing projects. Advanced level of English.
