Marketing Automation Specialist – Driving Growth Through Automation

Department : Marketing

Are you passionate about marketing automation and optimizing the customer journey? Do you thrive on transforming data into strategic decisions and improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel? If you're looking for an exciting challenge in a fast-growing environment, we want to meet you!

What will you be doing?

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns (onboarding, cross-selling, retargeting, win-back, etc.).
  • Develop lead nurturing and lead scoring strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform integration with CRM and other tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide reports to marketing, sales, and customer care teams.
  • Implement A / B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in all automation activities.
  • Contribute to marketing projects beyond automation, such as writing emails, designing landing pages, and coordinating workflows.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in marketing automation and expertise in tools such as HubSpot, Make, Zapier, Metricool, Hootsuite, or Typeform.
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Languages : Advanced Catalan and English.

Bonus Points :

  • Experience in tech companies or SaaS.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, or Site Builders .
  • Certifications in HubSpot or Google .
