We are looking for a junior profile eager to learn and develop professionally, with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Previous experience is required, along with great motivation and the ability to adapt to different tasks within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product descriptions, technical sheets, and web content.
• Design of Visual Materials: Collaborate in graphic development to create images, infographics, and other visual materials that support product promotion.
• Designed and generated new marketing materials and advertisements using graphic design applications such as InDesign and Photoshop.
• Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
• Public Relations: Support the management of public relations and external communication to promote the product through media and events.
• Proofreading of catalogs and price lists and editing press releases.
• Social Media Management.
• Support product management by monitoring and analyzing reports and trends.
• Brand Strategy and Corporate Image: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines in all materials.
• Sales Support for sending packages to customers (photographs, documents, etc.).
• Management of artworks OEM, POLAR AIR, etc.
• Creation of customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience or interest in using AI for content creation.
• Ability to support video production for social media.
• Excellent communication and task management skills.
• Methodical ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and a growth mindset with continuous learning and professional development.
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to market changes, customer requirements, and business priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential due to the international nature of our business.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Professional and ethical conduct aligned with our values of integrity, humility, effort, commitment, and empathy.
