Webster & Co is growing, and we’re looking for a talented, detail-obsessed Marketing Assistant to join our team in Marbella.

If you have a passion for design, visual perfection, and real estate marketing — keep reading.

What you’ll do:

• Design and create basic visual assets (flags, signs, brochures, social templates)
• Work confidently in Canva (or similar tools) with great visual instinct
• Email marketing and newsletters (very important)
• Assist on social media (basic content creation, scheduling, captions, visuals)
• Help coordinate with print and production suppliers (Spanish communication needed)
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Assist with day-to-day marketing and communication tasks
  

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong eye for design and detail
• Understands brand layout and visual harmony
• Is fluent in Spanish, with working knowledge of English
• Knows Canva, email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Flodesk), and has basic social media skills
• Is proactive, organized, and calm under pressure
• Ideally has experience in luxury, lifestyle, or real estate
