Previous experience is required, along with great motivation and the ability to adapt to different tasks within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Development: Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product descriptions, technical sheets, and web content.
2. Design of Visual Materials: Collaborate in graphic development to create images, infographics, and other visual materials that support product promotion.
3. Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
4. Public Relations: Support the management of public relations and external communication to promote the product through media and events.
5. Proofreading of catalogs and price lists and editing press releases.
6. Support product management by monitoring and analyzing reports and trends.
7. Brand Strategy and Corporate Image: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines in all materials.
8. Sales Support for sending packages to customers (photographs, documents, etc.).
9. Management of artworks OEM, POLAR AIR, etc.
10. Creation of customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
3. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
4. Experience or interest in using AI for content creation.
5. Ability to support video production for social media.
6. Excellent communication and task management skills.
7. Methodical ability to prioritize and solve problems.
8. Proactivity, autonomy, and a growth mindset with continuous learning and professional development.
9. Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to market changes, customer requirements, and business priorities.
10. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential due to the international nature of our business.
11. Driver's license and own vehicle.
12. Professional and ethical conduct aligned with our values of integrity, humility, effort, commitment, and empathy.
