Job Opportunity: Marketing Assistant at Cerashield

Cerashield is a leading ceramic coating specialist serving the global superyacht and leisure marine industries.

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team in Palma de Mallorca. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with sales, product design, and external partners to bring our marketing strategies to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the UK and Spanish markets.
2. Creating and designing content such as press releases, social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials.
3. Ensuring brand consistency across all channels, including websites, marketing assets, and internal documentation.
4. Editing and publishing multimedia content, including videos, visuals, and presentations.
5. Planning and scheduling content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, and Canva.
6. Managing and growing email marketing lists, assisting with campaign builds, and tracking performance.
7. Maintaining and optimizing the CRM system to enhance lead generation and customer segmentation.
8. Collaborating on marketing materials and proposals with sales and product design teams.
9. Analyzing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools, and reporting findings.
10. Supporting trade shows, client events, and promotional activities.
11. Staying informed on industry trends, tools, and competitors.
12. Contributing ideas for new platforms, tools, or strategies to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or content creation roles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Spain.
• Comfortable with platforms like Canva, CapCut, Opus Clip, Google Analytics, or willing to learn quickly.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and initiative.
• Excellent organization, time management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
