The RoleAs our Founding
Marketing Artist, you'll primarily own the creative direction and execution of our user acquisition and marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with some lightweight support for product design and branding needs. You'll rapidly bring marketing concepts from ideation to production, working closely with the rest of our team to create compelling visuals and videos that drive user growth while maintaining brand consistency.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns across all channels (80% of role)
  • Create engaging motion graphics and static assets for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Repurpose and localize existing assets, optimizing them for different formats, layouts, and audiences
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on creative assets based on performance data and market trends
  • Brief and manage third-party creative vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Design and maintain a cohesive visual identity that scales across our marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team to optimize creative performance and improve key metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing of creative assets to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Support product team with basic UI/UX and branding design needs when required (20% of role)
  • Own the vision and execution for branding materials, including logos, promotional videos, social media visuals, and other consumer-facing content.
  • Create compelling App Store and Play Store assets
  • Integrate UGC (User-Generated Content) with real people and AI-generated visuals to craft seamless, next-level consumer experiences.
  • Share your knowledge of design best practices and performance marketing trends to influence creative decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital advertising assets
  • Proven experience in non-game mobile app environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficiency with emerging creative tools (CapCut, Figma, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Arcads, Heygen, Captions, Runway, ElevenLabs etc.)
  • Experience in competitor creative search in Meta, Tiktok ad libraries and Sensor Tower
  • Experience with performance marketing and iterating on creative concepts
  • Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns for mobile apps
  • Strong motion design and video editing capabilities
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their creative requirements
  • Track record of delivering successful ad creatives that drove user acquisition at scale

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, storefront image generation
  • Social media brand asset generation
  • Understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization)
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
