About the Job

Nickel is seeking a Marketing and Communications Director to join the local team based in Madrid. The director will report directly to the CEO of Nickel Spain.

Main Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the 360º communication & marketing strategy and development plan for Nickel Spain: digital, offline, PR, social networks.
2. Define and execute an annual communication plan for both clients and points of sale.
3. Perform regular marketing analysis and research to adapt our strategy and positioning to the Spanish market.
4. Select and manage local agencies, especially on branding, media & PR.
5. Build a strong, leading, and aspirational local brand coherent with Nickel's overall positioning.
6. Train and manage the local marketing & communication team to ensure quality.
