Responsibilities
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, channel contribution, lead generation, and conversion rates to benchmark and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly review and optimize key platforms, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop and maintain data processes from multiple data sources.
  • Work with relational databases to ensure the validity of reported information.
  • Troubleshoot and correct data quality issues.
  • Train the marketing team on dashboard usage to support a data-driven mindset.
  • Implement projects from the global data & analytics roadmap regionally.
  • Advise on measurement strategies aligned with channel objectives, including paid advertising, organic, and paid search/social.
  • Identify ways to improve analytical procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure global alignment and a consistent measurement approach across all markets.
  • Present accurate data to stakeholders through clear, actionable reports and visualizations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
