We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to help us unlock growth across our casual mobile gaming portfolio. You will analyze user acquisition performance, identify opportunities for scale, and provide insights to shape marketing decisions.

This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands mobile gaming and UA landscapes, and can translate data into actionable strategies. You will collaborate closely with our forecasting and analytics team to connect data science outputs with practical UA and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze paid UA campaign performance across multiple channels.
  • Identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities in acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with UA, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Design and evaluate tests for creatives, offers, and targeting.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to interpret modeled metrics.
  • Mentor marketing and cross-functional teams in analytics and data literacy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics within mobile gaming.
  • Strong understanding of UA mechanics and campaign performance measurement.
  • Advanced SQL skills; experience with large datasets (ClickHouse is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to tell compelling data stories.
  • Proactive, curious, and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Bonus: experience with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust), AdTech tools, or campaign automation systems.
