About the Role :
As Think Ahead Education Marketing & Admissions (Virtus College) Manager, the role has two distinct areas of responsibility, with strong links and synergies between them.
The Think Ahead Education Marketing Manager role entails the comprehensive management of company-wide marketing operations, in close collaboration with the leadership teams of the various brands. You will be supported by a small team of marketing specialists that cover areas such as design, web management, social media management and digital marketing support. The implication is that the focus of the role will be more strategic, with an expectation of the candidate being successfully able to roll out brand initiatives, coordinate the marketing team in the implementation of projects, and helping leadership envision creative solutions.
As the Virtus College Admissions Manager, the role is heavily focused on the success of the admissions within our school, implying reaching our student targets on a yearly basis. You will be ultimately responsible for the sales process, meaning reaching out to families, doing tours, hosting school events and ensuring the admissions process is executed precisely and carried out in a timely manner. The nature of this role will be very hands-on, with strong incentives based on performance.
